Cancellation Policy

I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the service(s) booked. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. This policy applies to all appointments. This policy allows me to respect my time and accommodate clients on my waitlist. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
